SHIPPING

Your order is usually shipped within 5-7 business days after payment has been received, unless any other delivery period has been specified in the item description. If you have placed an order of several items with different shipping dates, we will combine the items together in a single delivery if no other agreement has been made. The shipping date for the complete order will therefore be the same as the item with the longest delivery time.

Products will be shipped from Germany via DHL. Domestic delivery within Germany normally requires 1 – 2 office days, international deliveries between 4-21 days. International orders may take longer due to customs formalities. Please consult www.dhl.com for more shipping details and delivery times.

SHIPPING COSTS

Germany: Standard delivery with DHL 7 €
Inside EU: Standard delivery with DHL 16 €
Outside EU: Standard delivery with DHL 22 €

These prices are only valid for packages up to 2 kg.

Please note that some international orders can incur import customs or fees, depending on the national regulations of the purchaser. These additional costs are borne by the purchaser. We advise you to check with local postal, DHL or import authorities prior to completing your order. We are unable to declare shipments as gifts or samples. If a package is returned to Germany because the purchaser did not claim the package, bergnerschmidt is not obligated to send replacements.

RETURN POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with what you received or the size does not fit, please return the item within 14 days to:

Please include a note with your invoice number and bank details/ Paypal address. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will forward you an acknowledgment of receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your requested refund. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. If the request is approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will be applied to your bank or paypal account.

Please note that the cost of returning a purchase is on your own expenses. In accordance to §357 of BGB ((6) the consumer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods if the trader has informed the consumer of that obligation in accordance with Article 246a § 1 (2) sentence 1 (2) of the Introductory Act to the Civil Code.)
